IT Project Manager

Job Description:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT projects within the banking industry from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, developers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Gather and analyze project requirements, translate business needs into project scope, deliverables, timelines, and action plans.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and progress tracking.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential impacts, and coordinate appropriate mitigation and resolution.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and progress reporting for stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Min 2 YoE in project management
• Mandatory: experience working in the banking industry, preferably involving IT/digital banking projects.
• Experience managing or coordinating IT projects from initiation to implementation.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, issue tracking, and project reporting.
