Store Supervisor

As we expand our operations, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Store Supervisor help lead and support the daily operations of our outlet in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the daily operations of the outlet store.
• Managing about sales achievements and operational goals.
• Manage and coach outlet staff, including scheduling and performance management.
• Monitor sales, service quality, and store presentation.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience in alignment with company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain operational efficiency, cleanliness, and safety in the store.
• Ensure proper stock management and inventory control.
• Communicate effectively with the team and coordinate with relevant departments for store needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations (Dessert Shop/Bakery), ideally in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of training and mentoring team members to meet service standards.
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Available to start immediately is highly preferred.
• Will be placement at both store (Mobile for Central Park & Blok M)
