PVC Supervisor

Lead PVC production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement in extrusion and molding processes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in plastic/PVC production and 1 years in supervisory role
3. Familiar with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
4. Having experience handling Extruder Machine/ Roller Machine/ Hot Milling will be an advantage.
5. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
6. Fluent in English (written & spoken)
7. Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java
