Job desk: Assist the Sewing Production Manager in supervising sewing operations on the production floor. Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and product quality. Train sewing operators to improve their skills and performance. Handle quality and production issues and take corrective actions when needed. Prepare simple daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
