Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and supervise the operations of Area Supervisors, Showroom Supervisors, and Sales Promotion Girls (SPG) at showrooms and counters.
- Ensure all operational activities are carried out in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to achieve sales targets.
- Control and monitor inventory to ensure stock accuracy and proper management.
- Supervise the implementation of loss prevention measures to minimize product loss.
- Develop and implement effective and targeted promotional strategies.
- Establish effective coordination and communication with the entire operational team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 25 years old.
- Strong leadership skills, proactive, communicative, and eager to develop professionally.
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any field with a minimum GPA of 2.7.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Leader, Supervisor, or Coordinator.
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred.
- Accustomed to working with targets and under pressure.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
- Placement: Central Java (Semarang / Yogyakarta).
