IT Business Analyst

Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication skill, attention to detail and problem solving
- Having basic skill in SQL Query, Stored Procedure and Functions.
- Ready for handle Financial Services business
- Experience in making Business and Technical documentation.
- Good casual communication ,Fluent in english ( is point plus )
- Ready WFO setting enviroment
- Ready to be placed in West Jakarta or North Jakarta Area ( kebun jeruk / penjaringan )
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize Business and Tech requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for IT solutions
- Making the documentation such PRD or BRD ( English Documentation )
- Experience creating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes
- Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and efficient
- Experience working with Product, Engineering, QA, Business Stakeholders
- Create detailed process flows, use cases, and data models to guide solution development
- Assist in creating project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Manage changes in project scope and requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
- Develop and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet business requirements
- Identify, report, and track defects or issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Act as the liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure smooth communication
- Stay updated on industry best practices, technologies, and methodologies
