Unit Head (Healthcare Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Lead branch operations and achieve revenue & profit targets.
• Ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage branch team performance, development, and daily coordination.
• Build relationships with customers, doctors, and business partners.
• Monitor branch budget, costs, receivables, and overall performance.
• Identify business opportunities and manage operational risks.

Requirements:

• D3/D4/S1 in any major; Healthcare preferred.
• 3+ years managerial experience in healthcare, clinic, laboratory, or related industry.
• Branch management or experience leading 8+ employees preferred.
• Strong leadership, business development, customer service, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of clinic operations, quality management, K3, and regulations.
• Computer literate; valid SIM A/C.
