COLLECTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Manage and supervise FPTK, Field Collection, and 3rd Party Collection activities.
• Maintain DPD 1–30, 31–60, and 61–90 at an acceptable level.
• Maintain collection and disbursement recovery rates in line with company targets.
• Monitor and review collection performance, write-offs, credit limits, repayment plans, and service levels.
• Supervise and evaluate Field Collector performance to ensure effective collection and recovery processes.
• Ensure collection activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 in any discipline, preferably Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Law.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Collections, preferably in Fintech Lending/P2P Lending, with experience in FPTK, Field Collection, and 3rd Party Collection.
• Proven experience in supervising Field Collectors and managing collection performance across DPD buckets and recovery processes.
• Preferred to hold a valid Collection/Supervisory Collection certification from AFPI and/or BNSP/LSPFI.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and target-oriented skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and compliance awareness, with willingness to work on-site at Head Office (HO).
