Trainer Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Pharmacy/Apothecary Profession
• Minimum 1 year experience in the field (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)
• Ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of different colleagues or groups
• Demonstrate integrity both in own work, and in coordinating and collaborating with others
• Work collaboratively internally and externally to achieve the goals
• Communicate appropriately and effectively with others

Job Descriptions:

• Providing training to Sales Team, and External based on Training Need Analysis
• Studying basic Medical Knowledge, Product Knowledge of Mazta Group’s products
• Joint visits with sales team/stakeholders
• Creating syllabus and training modules for each training, conducted and ensuring the process from the beginning until evaluations for improvement
• Providing suggestions and input for training and development work programs,
• Creating Budgeting for each training program
• Actively contributing to the personnel development process in other divisions
