Waiter

• Receive and confirm walk-in, telephonic and online reservations;
• Able to effectively communicate, engage and connect with customers;
• Able to effectively handle complaints and maintain customer experience;
• Able to upsell and meet daily targets;
• Ushering diners to their tables and providing them with menus;
• Able to transport food from kitchen to tables;
• Clearing glassware, smallware and crockery from each table;
• Extending an invitation for customers to return.
