Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Education, English Literature, or Applied Linguistics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in English curriculum development and teacher training.
• Must have an IELTS certification with a score of 7.5 - 8.5, and preferably holds an official IELTS teaching certification.
• Strong analytical skills for academic quality, team leadership, and systematic training module development.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with native or near-native proficiency.

Job Description:

• Supervise and maintain the consistency of curriculum standards and academic & general quality across all branches.
• Design training programs, certifications, and continuous teaching material development for branch teachers.
• Collaborate with the team to manage and maintain quality-related data across all Strategic Business Units and Centers.
• Teach IELTS Preparation Classes (both online and offline classes)
• Train new employees (related to Academics and Hospitality)
• etc.
