Supply Chain Operations Supervisor - Mandarin Speaker
- Formulate and implement the logistics work plan, summarize and improve the logistics work specifications, and supervise the implementation of logistics system responsibilities and management standards;
- Participate in the formulation and control of the logistics operation budget of the department, optimize the distribution and warehousing workflow, to reduce costs;
- Responsible for the online and optimization of warehouse and logistics distribution operating system, and warehousing. On-site operation management of distribution, including picking fresh non-standard products and standard products. Packaging and other operations;
- Formulate various processes and standards for warehouse management, and supervise their implementation;
- Contact relevant departments in all aspects of logistics, track and deal with all kinds of abnormal operations, and put forward improvement plans;
- Conduct monthly KPIs for each group in the operation. Annual evaluation and cause analysis to find solutions to improve service quality;
- Strong ability to work under pressure, team management skills, and good interpersonal communication. Negotiating, analytical, and problem-solving skills; and strong executive propulsion capabilities;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, in warehousing. Logistics management and other related work experience or major is preferred;
- More than 3 years of experience in warehouse management of fresh projects; More than 1 year of experience in warehousing and logistics, more than 3 years of experience in team building and management;
