WFO - Gading Serpong - Full Time
What you'll own:
- End-to-end recruitment & continuously build strong talent pool
- Talent screening, assessment & hiring recommendation
- Pertormance management & employee evaluation
- Learning & people development
- Company culture & employee engagement
- Employee relations, feedback & people issues
- Improve HR policies, SOP & people system
- Oversee essential HR administration
We're looking for:
- Min. 3-5 years experience in HR / People function
- Strong experience in recruitment & talent assessment
- Experienced handling performance management & employee relations
- Comfortable building HR systems, not just following existing ones
- Strong judgment, communication & problem-solving
- Proactive, independent & high ownership
- Experience in startup / fast-growing company is a plus
This role is for someone who wants to build, not just maintain.
