DCS Operator

Job Purpose To run production using DCS system in Control Room, manage storage tank and other production facilities according to procedure/SOP of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute production process based on schedule from PPIC
• Manage raw materials and finished goods (storage, transfer, loading/unloading)
• Ensure recipe in DCS is running smoothly
• Monitor all process parameters during production
• Monitor interlock system during process
• Ensure production process are always comply with safety guidance
• Analyse process deviation and take necessary action
• Create batch production report
• Implement 5S in all production area
• Maintain efficiency of energy consumption in production
• Coordinate with Engineering Department for periodic preventive maintenance, SAMACO, etc.
• Coordinate with WWT Department regarding waste from production

Requirements

• At least D3 or S1 graduate from Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• Have a good knowledge on chemistry
• Fluent in English is preferable
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Understand P&ID and familiar with equipment process (pump, agitator, valve, etc.) are value added
• Good personality, discipline and communication is a must
