Principal
Job Description:
- Prepare, resolving structural design and performing quality control
- Shop Drawing
- Perform feasibility studies to validate capability and functionality;
- Preparing technical studies and report;
- Monitoring project's based on contracts (Schedule, budgets) and persistence in high quality of engineering design work;
- Handling Contract's Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering, Min. GPA 3.00
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Tollroad infrastructure
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field in infrastructure, Highway and building construction
- Excellent Knowledge in Geometric Planning and Tollroad Structure
- Excellent Knowledge in staged and process for approval of Feasibilty Study, Detailed Engineering Design (DED), ROW Plan/road routes and other approval related to Government agencies / other stakeholders
- Excellent Knowledge and experience in Highway Construction
- Experience in handling Tollroad project management
- Excellent in problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills
