- Receive and handle user complaints related to services and devices used.
- Perform initial troubleshooting (first level troubleshooting) on the problems that occur.

- Ensure any tickets or complaints are properly documented according to procedures.
- Create monthly reports related to Managed Services services and operational activities.
- Maintain service quality and ensure that user needs are handled quickly and appropriately.
