PPIC Supervisor

Responsibility :

1. Production Planning : Create and manage production schedules based on demand forecast and inventory.
2. Material Requirement Planning : Analyze production plan to calculate raw material needs and Coordinate with purchasing to ensure on-time delivery.
3. Inventory Control :

• Monitor stock levels and movements of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain minimum and maximum inventory limits.

1. Warehouse Coordination :

• Coordinate inbound and outbound material movements
• Ensure FIFO and proper storage conditions.

1. Production Monitoring:

• Track production progress and report deviations.
• Propose solutions for delays or backlogs.

1. ERP / MRP System Usage:

• Ensure timely and accurate input into ERP system.
• Train subordinates on system usage.

1. Reporting

• Submit production planning and inventory reports.
• Analyze trends and propose improvements.

1. Team Management:

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of PPIC staff.
• Provide coaching and development

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
2. ≥ 3 years’ experience in PPIC or similar manufacturing planning role
3. Strong understanding of MRP, production processes, and inventory control
