💼 Job Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and evaluate risks that may affect business operations and the achievement of company objectives.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, risk profiles, and risk mapping for each business unit or department.
• Monitor and evaluate risk mitigation and action plans.
• Develop and ensure the implementation of risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments for business processes, projects, products, and company activities.
• Prepare periodic risk reports for management.
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and provide early warnings when there is an increase in risk exposure.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure risk controls are implemented effectively.
• Support Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and/or - Business Continuity Plan (BCP) activities when required.
• Review the effectiveness of internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement.

📌 Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Risk Management is preferred, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and risk management principles.
• Familiar with risk management processes and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
