IT Operations Engineer

Qualifications:

• Male / Female, maximum 30 years old
• Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Web Developer / App Developer / IT Support (Android and IOS)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have strong skills and relevant project portfolios
• Must have experience in web & app development (Android and IOS)
• Required to share portfolio/projects/applications that have been developed previously
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Understand and able to work with React Native
• Familiar with frameworks such as Laravel and Vue.js is a plus
• Experienced in WordPress and CMS website management
• Knowledge of AI Assistance / AI Integration is a plus
• Knowledge of Python programming language is a plus
• Proficient in MySQL database management
• Understand hosting, domains, servers, and website/application deployment (Android and IOS)
• Able to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Good communication skills, responsible, and able to work under deadlines
• Creative, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills

• Develop and maintain company websites
• Develop, manage, and maintain company applications
• Improve, optimize, and enhance existing applications and systems
• Create and manage database systems
• Ensure websites and applications run smoothly, securely, and optimally
• Perform troubleshooting for systems, networks, servers, hardware, and software
• Support the company's technical and IT-related operational needs
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team for digital development projects
• Monitor, update, and continuously improve company digital systems and applications

• Experience in developing mobile applications or web applications

• Understanding of UI/UX Design
• Knowledge of SEO and website optimization
