📢 WE ARE HIRING – PRODUCT MANAGER (ELECTRONIC HOME APPLIANCES) PT Indopintan Adi Perkasa / Advance Digital is looking for a Product Manager – Electronic Home Appliances to join our team! 📌 Job Description:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis covering market trends, pricing, product specifications, customer needs, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Identify market needs and opportunities for product development.
• Lead the product development process from product concept, development coordination, to product launch.
• Provide product knowledge and technical explanations to the Sales Team and customers.
• Develop and communicate product information including functions, specifications, advantages, applications, and product usage.
• Support product marketing strategies and identify opportunities to improve product performance in the market.

📋 Requirements:

• Male/Female, minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any discipline; preferably Marketing, Management, Business, Strategic Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, or related fields, preferably in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong market and product analysis skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good English proficiency.
• Trainer/Training skills are a plus.
• Creative, commercially aware, and able to identify product development opportunities.
• High mobility and able to work independently as well as in a team.
