Head Accounting

Responsibilities :

• Planning, implementing and supervising the systems, procedures and operations of the Finance & Accounting Department
• Prepare accounting reviews and financial analyses for Management
• Coordinate and control the planning, reporting, and payment of the company's tax obligations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable government regulations

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulation & withholding Tax Brevet A & B certificate
• Have a good knowledge in Accounting, Tax Regulation & Application
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields
• Proven track record in managing taxation, auditing, budgeting, and financial reporting functions
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., accounting, tax, internal audit)
• Having experience in Hotel is a plus
