HC Management System & Recruitment

Job Description:

• Develop and implement management systems, SOPs, and work processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other relevant methods.
• Conduct Workload Analysis (WLA) and support manpower planning.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of management systems and process improvements.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview, selection, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and fulfill recruitment needs.
• Prepare HC reports and support other HC initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor in Psychology, Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 year of experience in the related field.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and HR administrative processes is an advantage.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in solving administrative issues.
• Having good skills in using Ms. Office and Google Workspace.
• Having good communication skills both verbally and in writing, as well as strong negotiation skills.
• Placement in Cipayung, East Jakarta.
