Tax Officer Senior

About the role

We are seeking a talented Tax Officer Senior to join our team. As a Senior Tax Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organisation's compliance with relevant tax regulations and optimising our tax planning strategies. This full-time position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing, calculating, and filing accurate tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate actively with clients to obtain required data and information.
• Assist clients during tax audits, objections, or disputes if necessary.
• Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations, and implementing necessary updates to the company's tax practices

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in taxation, preferably from a Tax Consulting Firm or Public Accounting Firm.
• Thorough understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax regulations
• Holds Brevet A & B certifications; Brevet C is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using tax software and spreadsheet applications
• Placement at the YARD Office in Ungasan, Badung, Bali.
