PT. Guna Solusindo Utama (known as YARD Financial Solutions) are seeking an experienced Accountant to join the dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Badung, Bali, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the company's client.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the accurate and timely recording of clients' daily financial transactions.
• Preparing monthly financial reports, such as journals, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Coordinating with the project team and management to ensure a smooth financial workflow.
• Assisting in checking client financial records.
• Managing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and proofs of payment.
• Assisting with the tax administration process (VAT, PPh/Income Tax, e-Faktur, etc.).
• Performing routine bank reconciliations.
• Assisting in data preparation for internal and external audit purposes.
• Neatly archiving financial and administrative documents.
• Compiling reports on office operational expenses.
• Providing general administrative support required by the finance division or management.

What we're looking for

• Minimum Education D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or 1 year in a similar position.
• Preferably experienced in service or consulting companies.
• Understanding of accounting and taxation principles according to PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, Xero, or similar).
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
• Able to work independently or within a team.
• Placement at the YARD Office in Ungasan, Badung, Bali.
