Human Resource Business Partner (Mandarin Preferred)

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or a similar HR role. Mandarin proficiency is preferred; good English communication skills are an advantage. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. Experience supporting business leaders and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Willing to be placed in Klapanunggal, Bogor.
