Captain

We are looking for an experienced and confident Floor Captain to lead daily front-of-house operations. The Floor Captain will supervise service staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, and maintain service standards throughout operating hours. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate floor service staff during shifts Ensure service standards and procedures are followed consistently Greet and assist guests, handling requests and complaints professionally Assign tables and manage staff sections Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow Train, guide, and support service staff Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the dining area Assist with opening and closing procedures Qualifications: Previous experience as a Floor Captain, Supervisor, or Senior Waiter/Waitress Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Able to work in a fast-paced environment Well-groomed, confident, and responsible Good English communication skills are an advantage Benefits: Competitive salary Service charge (if applicable) BPJS Health & Employment Insurance Supportive work environment Career growth opportunities
