Job Description

• Greet and assist guests with seating and event information
• Ensure guest comfort and safety during events
• Manage the flow of visitors before, during, and after the event
• Help create a smooth, enjoyable guest experience

Requirement

• Min. Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate
• Experience as usher, greeter, or receptionist in theme parks or similar settings
• Customer service or event background is a plus
• Calm, professional, and composed in crowded/high-pressure situations
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Communicative, polite, and able to interact with diverse people
• Detail-oriented, organized, and fast-paced in dynamic environments
• Basic English communication skills (able to understand and respond to simple guest inquiries in English) is a plus
