Store Attendant

Job Description

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product information.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and proper product display according to visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory, including receiving, organizing, and regularly checking product availability.
• Operate the cashier system: process transactions, handle payments and change, and issue receipts.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Perform product quality checks to ensure all items are in good condition for sale.
• Support promotional activities such as setting up promotional displays and updating price information.
• Conduct regular stock counts (stock opname) as scheduled.

Requirement

• Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
• Retail experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication skills and customer-service oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude.
• Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
• Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of cashier operations and computer usage is a plus.
