Job Summary

Support the Tenders & Contracts Manager by preparing tender submissions, managing progress claims and payments, coordinating subcontractor quotations, and liaising with consultants and contractors to ensure compliance and timely certification of claims.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender documents accurately to support contract acquisition
• Manage progress claims, payments, variations orders (VO), and project finalization to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Invite and compile quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, verifying compliance with tender specifications and drawings
• Analyze and interpret tender specifications and drawings to ensure thorough understanding and accurate submissions
• Liaise and build effective relationships with consultants and contractors to facilitate certification of payment claims

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management/Administration, or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant construction industry experience
