Senior Research Manager Qualitative

• Possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Have 3-4 years of experience in related field
• Familiar with the qualitative research process and methodologies; preferably experienced in moderating in-Depth interviews (IDIs) or Focus Group Discussions (FGDs)
• Experienced in managing projects from start to finish
• Dynamic, open-minded, and able multitask under tight deadlines while maintaining the quality of work
• Strong storytelling skills with ability to translate insights into compelling report writing
• Proficient in English, especially in communication and presentation
