About the Role: We are looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax Intern to support the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team in daily financial administration, accounting activities, and tax compliance. This role will provide hands-on experience in financial recording, document management, tax administration, and reconciliation while supporting the team in ensuring accurate and timely financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily Finance, Accounting, and Tax administrative activities.
• Assist in recording and organizing financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable administration.
• Assist with invoice, payment, and expense documentation.
• Support tax administration, including PPh and VAT (PPN) documentation and data preparation.
• Assist in preparing and organizing tax documents such as e-Faktur and e-Bupot.
• Assist with bank, tax, and accounting reconciliations.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized finance, accounting, and tax documentation.
• Assist the Finance & Accounting team with data collection, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other finance, accounting, and tax-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate with a background in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting and Indonesian tax concepts.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with numbers and documents.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work collaboratively with the team.
• Good communication skills and a responsible working attitude.
• Previous internship or organizational experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax is a plus.
