Clipper Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Source, approach, onboard, and build a database/network of clippers to participate in FKA campaigns and programs.
- Explain programs, campaigns, briefs, rules, incentives/commissions, and provide content guidance based on brand requirements to clippers.
- Maintain strong relationships and engagement with clippers, while developing strategies to increase active clippers, content output, and clipper contribution to the brand.
- Monitor and evaluate the quantity, quality, and performance of clipper/content, including performing basic video editing when needed.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Affiliate Teams, and prepare reports on acquisition, activation, content output, and performance to support campaign targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Clipper Specialist, Affiliate Specialist, Creator/Influencer Partnership, Talent Management, or in a relevant role.
- Experience in sourcing, approaching, and managing creators/clippers/affiliates is a plus.
- Good understanding of TikTok, TikTok Affiliate, short-form content, and the creator economy.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and demonstrates strong ownership.
- Willing to work WFO (Work From Office) in Bekasi.
