Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Presales Engineer/Specialist in an IT System Integrator or IT Consulting company.
- Strong experience in Smart Office Solutions, including:
o Audio Visual & Display Solutions o Room Booking Systems o Office Automation Systems
- Experience with Security Solutions:
o CCTV o Access Control Systems
- Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Network:
o Server o Storage o Networking o Database Systems
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willing to travel when required.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Design and propose Smart Office, Security, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
- Prepare technical proposals, Bill of Quantity (BoQ), KAK, and wiring/schematic diagrams.
- Coordinate project handover and support implementation with the Project Management team.
- Maintain strong relationships with principals, distributors, and technology partners.
- Stay updated with new technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Evaluate and recommend alternative solutions from multiple vendors based on project requirements.
