Div Head - IT Operations

Job Title: Division Head, IT Operations Location: Jakarta Job Type: Contract Experience Level: Senior / Managerial (10+ years)

About the Role We're looking for a Division Head, IT Operations to build and operate reliable, secure, and scalable IT operations covering infrastructure, cloud, NOC, security operations, service management, asset and vendor management, and DevOps, delivered as a shared service for all platforms and applications under the company's responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Cloud: Oversee server, cloud, data centre, and network operations, including capacity, availability, resilience, performance, and technology lifecycle management.
• NOC & Incident Management: Lead monitoring, alerting, escalation, major incident management, recovery, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• DevOps Shared Service: Manage CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, environment provisioning, production access, release support, and change control. Establish clear boundaries between DevOps and TechOps.
• Security Operations: Oversee access management, vulnerability remediation, and security incident response according to CTO standards and in coordination with GRC.
• Service Management: Establish and maintain service catalogues, SLA, SOP, KPI, and operational reporting. Ensure consistent service delivery across Service Desk, Onsite Support, NOC, Infrastructure, Cloud, and DevOps. Implement production readiness gates and ensure effective handover from DMO to Operations.
• Asset, Contract & Vendor Management: Maintain asset, contract, license, and renewal registers. Monitor vendor performance and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
• People & Capability Development: Assess and develop the existing team, strengthen operational discipline, and reduce dependency on individuals through documentation, standardization, and cross-training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure or IT operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role with direct responsibility for production operations
• Experience in System Integrator, Managed Services, Technology Services, or related industries
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, hybrid environments, and network operations
• Experience with NOC operations, monitoring, incident management, and RCA
• Hands-on understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and environment provisioning
• Experience with ITSM, SOP, SLA, KPI, and operational reporting
• Experience managing IT Service Desk and onsite support (incident, request, problem, and escalation)
• Knowledge of security operations, access management, and vulnerability remediation
• Experience managing IT assets, contracts, licenses, vendors, and budgets
• Proven team leadership, capability development, documentation, and cross-training skills
