Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English; Chinese proficiency equivalent to HSK Level 4 (fluent in Chinese)
- Strong communication skills and basic leadership qualities.
- Experience in project management and administrative work related to marketing department (KOL or Affiliate) is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce industry workflows is an advantage.
Job Responsibility
- Monitor and manage marketing/campaign project within Business Development (BD) department.
- Support the Business Development (BD) team in data collection and analysis, convey the manager’s instructions, and summarize meeting conclusions.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Attend departmental meetings; maintain clear records of strategies and monitor their implementation progress.
- Assist the manager with daily operations and complete assigned tasks, including—but not limited to—competitor research and translation.
- Monitor the progress of departmental strategies and promptly report any issues that arise.
- Effectively facilitate communication between the manager and the Business Development (BD) team, helping the manager obtain necessary feedback quickly.
