Jr. Accounting & Finance (Mandarin Speaker)
About the Role We are looking for a Junior Finance & Accounting who is fluent in Mandarin to support our finance operations. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who want to grow their career in finance and accounting. You will work closely with the team to ensure accuracy in financial processes, effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, and smooth documentation management.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial documents, reports, and statements.
- Support daily finance and accounting activities such as reconciliations, data entry, and payment processing
- Maintain proper filing and organization of financial records to ensure accessibility and compliance
- Provide Mandarin–Indonesian translation for financial documents and communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth finance operations.
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the team/manager.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in finance/accounting (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficiency in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is a must.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
