HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

General Requirement :

1. Min 4-5 years experience in the same position
2. Strong expertise in recruitment, performance management, employee relation and HR operations.
3. Understanding of Indonesian labour law.
4. Able to build, implement, and enforce HR SOP, Policies and system
5. Capable to handling complex issues frimly, fairly and professionally
6. Pre-Opening experience will be an advantage
7. English is a must (written & spoken)
