Project Manager

Hybird, Pondok Indah, South Jakarta. Project Based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects end-to-end: briefing, planning, execution, and delivery
• Translate client/creative briefs into clear, actionable directions for the design team
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and stakeholder expectations
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are on track
• Coordinate regularly with cross-country teams and stakeholders
• Identify potential project risks and proactively provide solutions
• Conduct quality control on creative deliverables before submission
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports

They Must Have:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager / Creative Project Manager / Design
• Strong understanding of graphic design, creative production, or digital content
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Experience working with cross-country or remote teams
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong sense of ownership
• Able to review and provide constructive feedback on design work
