Product Specialist – Medical/Laboratory Equipment

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree (more is preferable) of Biochemistry/Biology/Microbiology/Medical/Vet Medicine or other relevant fields.
2. Experience as a Product Specialist, Application Specialist, Technical Support, Sales/Product Support, or a similar position.
3. Actively speaking English
4. Strong network within hospitals, healthcare providers, government institutions and distributor
5. Understanding on molecular, cytology and blood bank product are preferable
6. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Able to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
8. Familiar with quotation preparation, Purchase Orders (PO) and project documentation.
9. Willing to do customer visit in any city and province outside Jakarta
10. Have driving liscence (SIM A and/or SIM C)

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand and explain product specifications, functions, features, benefits, and applications of medical and laboratory equipment.
2. Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing to support the achievement of company targets.
3. Accompany the Sales team on customer visits, product presentations, seminars, and promotional activities
4. Prepare product data and technical specifications for quotations, tenders, e-Catalog, product registration, and customer requirements.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
6. Maintaining and creating good relation with KOLs
