Timor Leste & Mandailing Natal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Cost Control professional to join our construction team for our project in Timor Leste. If you have a passion for cost management and project performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Project Cost Control, Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of ERP systems and project management software is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to be assigned and relocated to the project site in Timor Leste.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost reports.
• Track actual project costs against the approved budget.
• Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure effective cost control.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost performance reports for management.
• Support project forecasting, cash flow planning, and budget updates.
• Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures and project financial policies.
