Sales Marketing [Kinshamo Japanese Restaurant]

Responsibilities:

• Highly target-oriented and revenue-driven.
• Proactive in finding new customers and business opportunities.
• Confident in approaching and negotiating with potential clients.
• Strong in networking and relationship building.
• Creative in developing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Comfortable conducting field sales and client visits.
• Strong in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Able to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
• Passionate about the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Restaurant / F&B, Hotel / Hospitality, Event & Entertainment)
• Experience working with hotels, villas, travel agents, tour operators, corporate companies, or event organizers is an advantage.
• Sales & Business Development Skills
• Marketing Skills (Understands digital marketing and social media platforms)
• Communication Skills (Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Confident in communicating with customers, English proficiency is required).
