Finance Accounting Tax Manager

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management, with experience in a managerial or supervisory position. Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Familiar with Indonesian accounting standards, taxation, and relevant financial regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide business insights. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience working in a multinational company or with international stakeholders is preferred. English proficiency is mandatory, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
