Joy Group, a multinational beauty company HQ’d in Shanghai, is growing rapidly in Indonesia with the launch of Judydoll — our first playful and expressive beauty brand. We are looking for a Freelance Content Creator & Community who is passionate about beauty, social media, and building meaningful connections with online communities. 💖

🧠 What You'll Be Doing: You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, supporting community engagement initiatives, and helping strengthen Judydoll's presence across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, and up-to-date with beauty and social media trends.

🚀 Your day-to-day includes:

• Create engaging content for Instagram, X and other social media platforms.
• Monitor and engage with the online community through comments, messages, and community activities.
• Support the execution of community-building initiatives
• Stay updated with beauty, lifestyle, and social media trends to generate fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand objectives.

💄 You're the one if you:

• Have experience creating content for TikTok or Instagram
• Have a strong understanding of social media trends and content creation.
• Are confident appearing on camera and creating short-form video content.
• Have good communication and community engagement skills.
• Are creative, proactive, and highly organized.
• Have a passion for beauty, lifestyle, and digital content.
• Basic proficienty in using capcut
• Available for a hybrid/WFO working arrangement in Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
