🚀 HIRING NOW – KYB (KNOW YOUR BUSINESS) AGENT

We are looking for a KYB Agent to join a leading technology company in Indonesia, operating in the digital services, technology, and app-based business ecosystem.

📍 Location: Pasaraya Blok M, South Jakarta 🕘 Working Hours: Office Hours 💰 Salary: Rp10,000,000 Gross/Month 📌 Salary is non-negotiable

💼 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monitor and maintain onboarding dashboards to track KR/KPI.
  • Monitor the onboarding funnel from registration/application through completion and activation.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, bottlenecks, and potential operational issues.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Investigate root causes of onboarding delays, drop-offs, and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Business, Support, and other relevant teams.
  • Ensure dashboard data is accurate, reliable, and regularly updated.

🔎 REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
  • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Metabase, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Able to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
