KOL Contract & Payment Specialist

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in administration, finance operations, or payment processing is a plus.
• Familiar with Indonesian tax systems, including NPWP verification and PJAP platforms (e.g., Mekari Klikpajak, DJP Online).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data and documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and able to manage administrative records efficiently.
• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and meeting monthly processing targets.
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage KOL contracts, including e-signatures, document uploads, and filing.
• Process and monitor KOL payment requests through the internal workflow system.
• Verify payment records and ensure supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate product shipments for KOL collaborations and maintain delivery records.
• Collect and archive proof of collaboration, including content links and screenshots.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and KOL data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth KOL operational processes.
