Penetration Tester Lead

PT Alpha Citra Siber Indonesia (ACSI) is looking for Pentetration Tester Lead

Job Desc :

• Evaluate various attack surfaces including network infrastructure, web applications, APIs, mobile platforms, and social engineering vectors
• Identify vulnerabilities and provide logical, safe remediation recommendations for client businesses
• Design Rules of Engagement (RoE) and define project scope
• Create realistic pentest duration estimates
• Supervise and guide junior pentesters
• Review and ensure the quality of methodologies used by the team
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, accessible reports for non-technical management or clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing or red teaming
• Proficient across multiple attack surfaces: network infrastructure, web apps, APIs, mobile, and social engineering
• Holds reputable industry certifications such as OSCP, OSWP, CRT, or CISSP
• Able to design scoping documents and Rules of Engagement
• Experienced in overseeing team workflows and reviewing testing methodologies
