Staf Finance Accounting & Tax
About the role
Staf FAT (Finance, Accounting & Tax) responsible for financial transaction recording, accounting management, tax administration, and financial reporting to ensure company compliance with financial policies and tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Record and manage company financial transactions accurately
- Prepare and verify financial documents and supporting administration
- Create monthly financial reports and assist with book closing processes
- Perform bank reconciliation, receivables, payables, and related account reconciliations
- Manage tax administration including calculation, payment, and tax reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and applicable tax regulations
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing required data and documents
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth company financial processes
- Store and archive financial and tax documents neatly and systematically
- Perform other tasks related to Finance, Accounting & Tax functions as needed
About you
- Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Tax (fresh graduates meeting qualifications welcome to apply)
- Understand basic accounting, taxation, and financial administration
- Able to prepare and manage financial reports well
- Understand applicable tax regulations and tax reporting processes
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and accounting applications
- Good analytical ability, detail-oriented and meticulous
- Able to work individually and in teams
- Possess integrity, responsibility, and good communication skills
