Epicor ERP Developer

Location: Cikande Plant, Banten Work Arrangement: On-site Department: Information Technology Job Description

• Develop, customize, maintain, and enhance applications and business processes within the Epicor ERP system.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions using Epicor and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain customizations using C# and .NET Framework.
• Configure and customize Epicor ERP functionalities based on business and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain Epicor BPM, BAQ, dashboards, reports, and other system customizations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Epicor ERP and other internal or external systems using API, REST, or Web Services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Epicor ERP application issues and provide technical support to users.
• Collaborate with business users from Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to understand business processes and system requirements.
• Support system testing, implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure system customizations and developments follow IT standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Support ERP-related projects, system upgrades, and other IT initiatives as required.

Job Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development, ERP development, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP is required.
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing business processes is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in C# and .NET Framework.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
• Understanding of Epicor ERP architecture, functionality, and customization.
• Familiarity with Epicor BPM (Business Process Management) and BAQ (Business Activity Query).
• Experience with Epicor dashboards, reports, and UI/form customization is an advantage.
• Knowledge of REST API, Web Services, and system integration is an advantage.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems is a plus.
