Grower Staff
Principal
Agro Putra Pratama is looking for a Grower Staff to join our team and support the operation of our commercial strawberry indoor vertical farm in West Jakarta.
In this role, you will be involved in: 🌱 Strawberry plant maintenance & cultivation 🔬 Research and study support ⚙️ System maintenance 🧪 Contamination control & quality assurance 📊 Data-driven farming and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Agriculture, or related Biological Sciences
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a vertical farm or greenhouse
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques and contamination control
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Willing to work full-time on-site in West Jakarta
