IT Business Analyst & Tester

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT, or related roles.
• Good understanding of business processes, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum.
• Experienced in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Experienced in creating BRD, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Basic knowledge of database and SQL is a plus.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate requirements with users and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and system requirements.
• Create and maintain BRD, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Collaborate with Product, Developers, QA, and business teams throughout the development process.
• Analyze existing processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support UAT, testing, issue analysis, and requirement clarification.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
